I've tried so many things to get myself to work on my design projects, but I didn't realise doing these big things later during the day was not working for me. It just feels like I only have a few hours left to enjoy the day. So today I worked on my project instead of trying to postpone it by doing literally anything first... I think I've never felt this happy and proud!! yay me!!

That's amazing and you can be proud of yourself! ✨ The more you show up for yourself (by getting Shit done fast) the more you'll notice how good it makes you feel, tricking the brain into thinking hard work could be fun. Little cheat for ADHD brains. (Especially for creatives) ☺️
