Adhd or Autism?

An ADHD & autism overlap is VERY common. Seeing as they are both “spectrums”, it’s common for someone to have a little bit of both if not a lot of one and a little of the other or a lot of both.

I worked with young adults on the spectre. My thoughts are: if you suspect you might have it, you probably don’t 🙂 I think most of us have one or many symptoms, but those I have got to know over the years, don’t want to accept it, or their parents were the ones to get them diagnosed from an earlier age 🙂 however, people on the spectre are the best ❤️

I too was diagnosed with ADHD but I honestly think I also have some autism played with in with it was thinking about getting tested for it
