Pregnancy and ADHD

Just recently found out that I’m pregnant! I’m wondering if anyone has had any success with natural ways to deal with your ADHD through pregnancy? Or any pregnancy safe meds? I’m not expecting that I’ll find something that will help 100% but even just something to keep me somewhat together lol
