Me too 👋 it took me many therapy sessions to worry less. But you should remember that other people have a short memory and they think about themselves 99% of the time. So, I guess nobody really remembers those words that make you feel so overwhelmed.

Me too, but this never happens anymore...maybe because social life is almost inexistent lately
