Which medication works for you?

I started with Medikinet (methylphenidate) on May 1st this year. Started with 10mg and felt nothing, went up slowly and at 60mg I thought it might have some effect but not phenomenal in any way. The last two days I tried 80mg, but it didn’t feel any different. I have asked my doctor and I actually should feel a big difference from no medication to medication. The plan is to take the 80mg for 5 days and then we see where we are. Luckily I have absolutely no negative reactions to the medication, but I’m kinda underwhelmed by the positive effects. Did this happen to anyone else? If so, did anything help you better? I’m in Germany so the only options we have are Methylphenidate and Lisdexamfetamin (Elvanse/Vyvanse) - Adderall is not available 🤷🏼‍♂️
