PERFECTLY IMPERFECT

70/30 rules really change My LIFE. Before, there’s time i kept obsessing in correcting My assignment eventhough no real improvement from it. It just my habit to ensure there’s no mistake I commit, I want it flawless. Just the mindset cost me few hours more extended work. Because the really overwhelmed expectations, I became procrastinator, it’s rather not starting than make thing not fully perfect. Actually there’s no such thing as perfect. There’s no perfect except God. So, you don’t have to be perfect to be accepted. No one is perfect because uniqueness defined us. Afraid of screwing up, make you screw up. JUST LEARN 70/30 rule then report for me what you got. You’ll never regret cause it make your burden of not screw up fade

PERFECTLY IMPERFECT

Я постійно намагаюся нагадувати собі про це. Досконалість неможлива, і це справді дурне слово.

what do you mean exactly by 70/30 rule? I understand it’s similar to pareto 80/20, but what variables are we talking about? what’s 70 and what’s 30?

As a perfectionist, I’m always aim for perfect. All or nothing actually a destructive mindset. So, I use 70/30 method by struthless (YouTuber). Ask yourself, can I make this job flawless/ perfect totally. The answer absolutely not. But, can I aim for 70% perfect even not totally. Yeah, I can. After that, I can easily start my task and I’m also not obsessed to ensure I’m not commit any mistake. It’s actually how you train mindset. There’s technic we call CBT and BCBT in therapy.
