Adhd Blinders?

Why do horses wear blinders? They restrict the horse’s vision, so that they can only see ahead of them. Their purpose is to reduce the horse’s field of vision and make them focus on what’s in front of them the possibility of it being startled by sudden movements is drastically reduced - So what would adhd blinders be? I’m always worried about what I said Or worried about my future! This has overwhelmed me many times So i have to put on mental blinders and ask myself. ( or have someone help) What do I need to do today? This helps me focus on today’s anxieties and not tomorrows
