so whenever im doing some sort of research project (ESPECIALLY while on pinterest) i tend to get these “sparks” of really really random questions that almost always have no relation my my project and so i just send myself down a deep rabbit hole of useless info… 😭💔💔 so does anyone have some ideas or tips on how i might prevent this? because it really does impact me & my school work a tonnnn

Having a body double can really help prevent this because you feel the need to show them what you’ve done
Maybe you can have a Pinterest board where you can pin the interesting thing to came back later if you still want to learn more about it. It would give a feeling that it's not going anywhere, you're not losing the thing, just putting it on hold. For other websites you can have a special bookmark folder dedicated to random interesting stuff.
