Self esteem is a battle with ADHD. You’re keeping a whole animal alive, so you’re doing something right! Give yourself credit for every little thing. Maybe you should journal today about what you have done right in your life.

One tiny tiny tiny step in the right direction each day is enough. You don't suck. Overwhelm is real... and suffocating. But keep going. Even if it's just the smallest step. Momentum matters.

I understand you so so so much, I cannot express it. I was now thinking that I should take my meds and just never stop trying. Even if I feel beaten and depressed and tired and ashamed. I was just now cleaning stuff that should be clean ages ago. My job, health, social life, money are….bad…as well. We are here for you if you wanna vent anytime.

I’m feeling that way right now too. I can’t seem to get started cleaning the house, and am struggling to start my design business. Having your fur babies really helps. Talking to others with executive dysfunction also helps I have found.

I feel similarily. I have cleaned my house (properly) only a few times since November. It really needs to be done, and I can't seem to stop procrastinating. I notice when my place is a mess, so is my head.

You don’t suck! It definitely does suck though when it feels like everything is piling up and our brains won’t cooperate. Keep on doing your best!
