What's your best ADHD tips?!

If you have Audhd Please answer too cause I do believe having both... And it's a different challenge dealing with both... Tasks appear nearly impossible when I’m staring at mess. But once I get moving and complete them I’m always surprised at how easy it was. I try and remind myself of that when in paralysis. 🙂
