It is super hard for me to sleep - and even if I fall asleep, I will wake up in the night and have trouble getting back to sleep. My recipe that has finally worked - 2 different sleep meds (from my mental health meds prescriber), sleep mask with built in headphones (Amazon, $10), sleepy story podcast with sleep music podcast after (about 9 total hours), 2 fans, cooling pillow and body pillow, 1.5 hour “wind down routine” (minimal screen, reading from a paper book, dogs needs done and in their beds, my skincare/teeth/etc done), no caffeine 8 hours before bed, no food 3 hours before bed, weighted blanket, brain dump all my to-do’s/random thoughts before I walk in my bedroom, and no “heavy” conversations 3 hours before bed (unless emergency).
Yes!! I’ve been sleeping at 4-5am every night for months now :/ how about you?
