Undiagnosed adult, but I swear I have ADHD. it wasn't a thing when I was younger and not it's damn expensive to figure it out. Looking forward to what this app might help me to accomplish

Maybe you can find a coach which is trained to help people organise their life who has a focus on people with ADHD. Then ask if he/she can help you figure some struggles in your life as if you were having adhd. I find that a lot of my day to day issues can be helped in really practical ways. This should still be cheaper then getting a diagnosis. Which won't really help you to begin with. You now only have spent a tob of money and received no help so far.

Likewise. At first I thought tiktok just made me think I got ADHD but the longer I dive in, the more I can relate to all the signs. Checked how much to get diagnosed, could cost me hundreds of $$$
