Coffee&Sleep

Anyone tried drinking coffee before sleep? I mean, every time I drink coffee, my brain feels foggy and sleepy instead of being stimulated🤔 Donno if drinking coffee can help solve my insomnia problem a little🥺❤️

the first time i tried coffee in a drink i felt like i was totally drugged lol It doesn't seem to affect me much now but still makes me sleepy- that sounds like a good idea!

I think it’s because stimulants work in reverse on ADHDs.

Agree🫨I'm sleepy all the time without something important or interesting—maybe that has something to do with the different stimulus system🥃

I used to find hot chocolate woke me up and coffee I could sleep no problem. Totally reversed of most people.

I used to take 4 shots of espresso daily and still can fall asleep. Now, just a latte gonna eff me up lol

Even for folks with ADHD, coffee after 2 p.m. (or even noon) can reduce deep sleep and wreck next-day energy — and that’s not just opinion, it’s backed by peer-reviewed studies. But experimenting is brave and awesome, especially if you’re tracking. Love that you’re not giving up!

Oops. Coffee is not ok because it makes my heart races. Even with a sleepy head, it's hard to fall asleep with my heart pounding like playing a drum >_<¦¦¦
