Imposter?

I feel like an imposter here because I was never tested for ADHD, but this app genuinely helps me get things done because I struggle with this a lot... So hi everyone, I guess 🤗

I used the app for two years before my psychiatrist told me she think my anxiety is actually caused by ADHD! If you have ADHD traits and the hacks help you out, why not!? @Hikappu Do you identify as neurodivergent?

I don't know, I'm still in the exploring part... I always felt like there was some difference in the way I perceive the world, but could never explain how. I looked up some online tests about Autism and ADHD symptoms and they all told me I may be neurodivergent. I just always feel as if I am just overreacting or something because I don't meet all the symptoms and it's kinda complicated to explain what I feel. I even wrote this response to you in advance and sent it when I was emotionally ready, lol

If it helps you then you should use it no matter if you have ADHD or not 🥰

Even on the small chance you dont have ADHD, tools like this app can help everyone able to use them!! (wheelchair ramps help ppl with suitcases, sensory hours help the elderly) accomidations are amazing for everybody. (also if you think you have adhd after actual research you probably do)

Self-diagnosis is valid when it comes to adhd.

👋 if you have it, look out in your family. It’s incredibly cool to discover Neurodiversity in the family- it explains so much

If it helps, why not use it? And lots of people have undiagnosed ADHD, especially women. (I wasn’t diagnosed until I was 50.) One of the things that is hard for many with ADHD is getting tasks done.
