Change

Alot like how I have My nights and days mixed up like now well yesterday I woke up at 4 pm and now I’m wide awake I can’t get up in the Am if my life depended on it And I’m going to be working soon and I’m always late in the past how do I change this

I heard from a professional that it's good for us to exercise, especially when we wake up. When you exercise, you automatically generate a personal benefit. Running, gym, home workouts... Obviously, it won't always be a magic pill, but setting an alarm for each thing at bedtime that you want, like 1 hour to stop using the internet, 30 minutes to brush your teeth, and put on comfortable clothes, Reading something, and then having another one before bed, already makes a big difference. Similarly, waking up for work... I understand the issue of switching night for day and vice versa; I unfortunately experience that too. But we will succeed. The most important thing is, stay calm, you won't have to change your perfect routine overnight. If you go to bed very late like I used to, like at 5 am, then at 4 am, then at 3 am, and so on... Until you reach your desired routine.
