I’m not using this as much as I hoped. The excitement died when I didn’t have the money to continue after free trial. And when I did have the money not TOO long after.. things changed and I wanted to start a new but don’t know how.

what you mean by start a new? new account? delete the old first , then wait till it is actually deleted -> create new account
