Who here takes also medication to better manage their neurodivergence and/or related disorders? (Hopefully, by choice, not forced)

3 months agoI do take them but unfortunately I barely have any effects from them, it's a very small difference and my mind don't get quiet at all 🤷🏻♀️

Oh no 😕, I assume you’ve probably already tried increasing the dosage or switching brands. That would’ve been the most common solution for what you’re describing.

I understand. It’ll settle over time. Honestly, I think the testing/experimental phase is actually the best part.

Nice, why not. At least u have the initial energy to push yourself through under stimulating but necessary daily tasks😁👌
I self-medicated my whole life with what you find on the street, until the day my diagnosis became official and since then we've been trying to transfer to Vivance, and it's not easy at all every day.
