Make it work for you.

A lot of people out there say ADHD is a gift, meanwhile a lot of people who have it might not see it that way. Just think it through, and you can make it work. Get distracted easily? Turn off the lights and put a spot lamp on what you need to focus on. It’ll turn into a gift real quick, cause once you can focus, you can knock hours of work out in minutes.

The thing for me is that it’s not the focussing that I have a problem with, I’ve known that I’ve had adhd since I was like 5 so I’ve been learning to manage it since forever, is the fact that I never have to motivation to do anything. Like I know I have to do it but I just can’t and I know that that’s not adhd but sometimes things just don’t happen.

I think Its a gift if u know how to use it. Its a curse if u don’t know how to use it properly.

Work-arounds, compromises, or downright manipulative behavior against yourself to trick you into something. Whatever method you use, it’s worth it to bend your reality a bit to make it easier.
