What I do is put on my Spotify and get a snack and start studying because it helps me concentrate. What also helps is setting a playlist with a certain rhythm and personally a calm rhythm helps me depends on what the song is it can be an upbeat one and then I just lock in because of the music

Use your creativity to make fun mnemonics to remember the stuff for the test. You can make fun little drawings too, to help you remember. Don’t worry if the mnemonic is really crazy, ‘cause those work the best😌 Also vocabulary.com is a nice dictionary with fun explanations of almost any word!

Back in the day, I’d make flash cards or join study groups. Now there are apps for languages, and probably other subjects, which could make it more fun.

If you need to do your readings, use the iPhone accessibility feature that allows you to drag 2 fingers down the screen and it reads the content on the screen. I like to speed up the voice because the regular speed bores me. This allows me to listen to my readings & walk, or even do simple house chores at the same time so I don’t get bored & can pay attention.

i hate studying so much too 😭😭😭 it’s so difficult for no reason plus i suck at focusing and understanding how to break down the study session
