Hi, maybe there's already a topic about it but I can't find it >< can anyone share tips, tricks, Youtube Channel, any ideas on how to do meal prep and how to plan meals/grocery shopping ? This is one of the things I most struggle with, so any help will be appreciated!

I am using ChatGPT for meal planning and writing grocery shopping list. Printing out the plan helps and also, if i dont feel like i want to eat the planned thing anympre, i am looking at delicious pictures for that food on google. :)
