The hacks that have stuck/what I want to improve

Thought it might be useful to someone out there. I’ll give links if anything is interesting. - Timed coffee pot that automatically brews and I can set it and forget it. - Daily ‘flown’ take off - basically a body doubling where I do meditation, journaling and plan my day at 9.30 daily - a gym buddy/friend to get me to go to the gym each week where we just chat and catch up - Google calendar - if it isn’t on the calendar it doesn’t exist - adhd uk support groups. - Great as a check in or if I’m not doing so hot and feel some solidarity - Walking in the morning - walking my partner half way to work, gives me a deadline and gets me out the house and some daylight - Numo! - I like having somewhere I can just rant and share as well as a bunch of personal tasks - A mini dishwasher - a standing desk! - so helpful Things im looking to improve - Water consumption - Phone scrolling - The fun/sleep transition - Hobbies/mindful rest - House cleaning Love to hear suggestions!
