Do to kudos from your squad help motivate you or validate you? I tend to take them in stride and forget to reciprocate. I want to help encourage people but not if they feel meh about them like I do.

I like to get them and I have given likes and have commented on my squad’s posts. Once someone commented on my post and I liked their comment but there has been nothing else.
