Does anyone know what research says about how many thoughts per day someone with ADHD has compared to someone without? I recall reading about some findings at one point, but I forgot the number. As well as the source! I’m pretty sure it was a shocking amount (that every ADHDer had already figured out intuitively. 🤷♀️😎)
