I have the worst time management. I show up to work 5-10 min late every day no matter what time I wake up. I set all the clocks in my house 20 min fast which hasn’t seemed to help. What do you all do to manage time?

I struggle with that constantly, even after all this time. Luckily, my boss knows about my disability, and the fact that I work hard when I am at work, even going down email rabbit holes or spacing off, I seem to get some flexibility in my start time. If I am within 15 minutes (at an absolute max) late of my start time, I am considered on time. This has made is easier to be more compassionate and kind to myself, instead of being in a constant state of self-loathing and shame.
