washing hair = nightmare

Any prototypes? For me, it's a nightmare. I can't stand hair that's outside my head. Sensory-wise, I can't stand the feeling of individual wet hairs on my body. Not to mention pulling hair out of the drain, drying my head, or styling hair... The solution would be to visit a hairdresser regularly, but with this economy, I can't afford it. D:

A friend of mine (also neuro-spicy) uses a shower at the pool to not deal with pulling hair out of her drain lol that's a fantastic example of the problem solving haha

Buy yourself a set of clippers and learn to shave it short yourself :)

Dry shampoo saved my life!!! Hate having wet hair, and using the hairdryer is not an option 🤣 So yeah, washing with water every two weeks also. Just know that your scalp will need some time to adjust, but if you keep going, you’ll reach a point were your hair take a long time before getting oily. 😉

Do you know dry shampoo? It works like a hairspray and you can even leave it in overnight and brush it out in the morning. I only wash my hair with water every two weeks, as it is really long and I hate having to blow dry as I really hate that noise. Also safes a lot of time during the week
