When I feel that way it is usually because something else is going on, physically, mentally or emotionally that has me feeling too tired to do anything to the point where I am completely discouraged. Of course that doesn’t mean that it is what you are experiencing but it could be helpful to look at all of the things that you are dealing with right now - maybe getting help or support with some of that stuff would lighten the burden and make it easier to work on your struggle with motivation. One thing at a time, one step at a time and be kind to yourself 🥰
