
Love food, hate preparing it đ«
This is very much my ADHD đ - I really like to eat good things but I never (seem to) have the time/ motivation to cook because my current task is always more relevant than my need to eat⊠so I end up with a tendency to bad nutrition, eating always too late or when Iâm already a bit shaky because of low blood sugar đ«Ł. Do you experience this, too? What helps you to get you motivated to prepare and cook food?
