I had a hard day yesterday, I’m a student and just finished a class. So I don’t have to academically mask and yesterday all gazillian tabs were open in my mind. I could barely have a conversation without chasing rabbits around a roundabout 🤦🏻♀️!!! And I can’t take any medication for my ADHD, so that sticks. Who else goes through this?

Sometimes. Mostly when I'm tired/exhausted or overwhelmed. Why can't you take medication, if you don't mind my asking?
