Many of them can't remember the things at all. So you don't have to worry much⌯>ᴗo⌯ .ᐟ.ᐟ Just enjoy your way of life❤️🤲🏻

Me too 👋 it took me many therapy sessions to worry less. But you should remember that other people have a short memory and they think about themselves 99% of the time. So, I guess nobody really remembers those words that make you feel so overwhelmed.
