I use one specific lamp for studying and when it’s on no one in the house is allowed to speak to me(let’s say they are following through)
A small trick that has made a big difference for me. I call it the enlightening light 😂😂

Try taking lots of breaks In between studying. What I do is flip through all my previous lessons and try to take notes. For me if I write it down it sticks in my head.

Great advice!!!!! 👌👌👌 25 minutes work and then 5 minutes break. As the time passes I don’t want to stop for break anymore but this method helps me get started - which I find extremely hard.

Our work memory is not super efficient so you need to test yourself while studying : it is a good way to make it stick ! there is some apps that can help you with that or you can make your own quizzes.

Find a place like in library or with other people around. I think study in places like this can reduce my mind spiraling. And bring water with you so you can bite the straw to concentrateđŸ„›(or eat chewing gums? This helps too)
