Does anyone have any hacks for how to deal with irritations? Things that irritated you but shouldn’t and you know it’s because you are hypersensitive. I get irritated and then frustrated then comes the meltdown . I’m fed up by this cycle.

Setting boundaries and removing yourself from the situation. I know someone who goes on and on telling stories and I listen until I can’t anymore. Im learning to end the conversation.
I try to be self aware when something that shouldn’t irritate me does, and remind myself it’s just in my head sometimes
