Some problems

Sometimes I will just lie on the floor and do nothing, so how do I try and get myself doing something? Like when I get in the zone I’m super motivated and focused, but when I am at home, I literally cannot do anything. Also, I feel like I always have to be multitasking, like watching TV or on my phone. How do I try not to do that?

Do the things you can do in a few mins.. and if your on the floor you can try to do something within arms reach.. like organize cords or clean the molding. I feel like when I just start doing things like that I wind up cleaning the whole house

I try to do something small, like a tiny and easy task as a first. Then I try to reward myself with phonetime or a snack. Perhaps this might help you aswell? 😊
