Suggestions?

I am going through the accommodations process at work right now and I am struggling with figuring out the accommodations that will help the most. Primarily, the struggles at work are communication/social skills - interrupting, overexplaining, info-dumping, and not appearing attentive; rejection sensitivity issues - the off-hand comment sending me spiraling for days that everything I am doing is awful and redoing everything; chronic hyper-perfectionism; time blindness - specifically around time estimation and how long I have been working on something; and prioritization. For context, I work in higher education, so the examples I see when googling are laughable, outdated, or just don't apply. Does anyone have suggestions for when I meet with the staff to work out the accommodations plan?
