some questions

How do you maintain your routine here? Even though I try to start things by writing here, I can neither stick to my plan nor maintain my focus; everything is so difficult. Just when I think I need to do something, to fix this, I fall apart again. Can you maintain that stability? If so, how? My life is a mess.

I agree about using this app for small manageable tasks, but you can even use it for bigger tasks. If you break them down in smaller pieces that way you see yourself checking things off the list and it’s not overwhelming and you get that dopamine hit from the feeling of accomplishing the little parts of it along the way.

I usually only write manageable, small tasks in this app. Making it easy helps with stability for me. If maintaining focus is too difficult I think medication can help.

Have you tried natural supplements that help your ADHD brain? Omega 3 fatty acids, phosphatidylserine, magnesium and tyrosine are helpful. Also dietary changes can make a huge difference. Avoid any highly processed food. Eliminate refined sugars and simple carbs from your diet.

Thank you. I've never tried it before; I can research it and buy it. I can also adjust my diet.

I take medication for anxiety, but it's very difficult to get medication for attention deficit disorder in my country; doctors are very reluctant to prescribe it, so I'm trying to cope on my own. Thank you so much for your valuable feedback.
