Listen to a podcast with only one person speaking. Listen to Theatre on radio.- available on YouTube. Listen to sleep music or sleep sounds also available on YouTube. Also some something else that is helpful our tablets with valerian and melatonin, but you’re not supposed to take melatonin for more than a month or so. My doctor has prescribed me sleeping medication that is not addictive it makes me really sleepy. I also find petting my cats belly very helpful.

Listening to ASMR works quite well for me ; opening the window to cool the bedroom (and myself !) for 5 mn and then burying myself under my duvet to revel in the comfy-cosy-warm feeling of my bed 🥰

I’m not that kind of person who likes asmr. I feel like it could be cool to watch during the day, but not at night

If I can’t sleep I listen to kids bedtime stories (on Spotify) that I know well, so if I start thinking I can just concentrate on the story but it isn’t distracting
