The miracle of nature

I don’t know if I am particularly sensitive to nature but today I can safely say that being angry is very relaxing. I got out driven by anger and now that I sit next to a pond surrounding by huge trees, ducks and hearing birds having a chat everywhere, I can affirm that at 8 pm I start enjoying my day. Does someone relate to this ? Do you have alternatives which help you feeling instantly calm ?

OK, I like nature, and am a natural resources biologist. But the heat here is very oppressive, and I really like air conditioning. I do not find anger to be relaxing at all. Physiologically, anger does the opposite to your body that relaxation does. Perhaps after the anger stops, and you release your muscles, you may relax more.

In this podcast guys saying that being outside is a must for people with ADHD. Same I noticed for myself, so why not if it gives peace and calm? 😊
