Worst ADHD symptom? Mines anger!!!

Procrastination, paralysis, prosessing emotions without getting overwhelmed, forgetfulness. Sleeping issues, constant exhaustion.

No patience, turns to anger and rage

Honestly, can’t choose! Maybe that I’m never planning anything because I forget about all future stuff, and also the past. Partly ‘selective’. You guys know the drill.

Impulsivity/ dopamine seeking, and auditory processing issues

Anger, easily frustrated, procrastinating, getting distracted easily, not being able to listen properly to other people's conversations, money saving

Too emotional, always think I have more time than I do which makes me always late!

Omg same girl! I don't even realize I'm as angry as I am in the moment till I see the looks on my kids' faces like "Where did nice mommy go?" Then I have to step away for a moment to calm myself down and it's usually over the smallest things!

Procrastination.. or constantly zoning out

My worst symptom is ADHD-paralysis, especially when it comes to cleaning the house. My kids don't want to bring friends home anymore...😔

Could just be the weed
