Neurospicy complications

Do any of y’all accidentally hurt anyone you’re close to with some behaviors of your neurospiciness? I’m tryna figure out what I can get help with with access support and new routines and what I’ll never be able to fully fix. Absolutely! I am, at 38 just figuring out how my brain 🧠 in it’s very analytical ways tend to approach things with my partner that have been hurtful as they are much more emotional in their approach.
