Anyone else have a stressful job with a busy schedule? I work 80 hours a week and I always have at least 10 things to complete, some things take ALOT longer than others and those are the ones I put off. I make lists. Anyone else have other hacks?

I sit a computer 12+ hours a day. So I have my computer set up in a way that lets me streamline, so on my two screens I can only have 1 thing up at a time, so I can get distracted. I also use a color coded calendar. That is split. It is a desk calendar, work is green, home is white. Anything for my daughter is in home but in pink ink. Anything PERSONAL for me is in teal. Animals are orange.Anything in green for specific things are a different color.
