I have very loud neighbours, the neighbours on the one side are talking and arguing very loud during the day and on the other side, the neighbours take the night shift 😒

Not earmuffs but I can’t live without my Loop earplugs - they don’t block all sounds but do stop me from needing to hide a body 😂
I have calmer earplugs that "cut" high and low frequencies, but ever since buying airpods pro (2) I mostly use them. They have a passthrough mode where you can hear everything, and then with a simple press on one of the earbuds you get incredible noise cancellation. I don't hear anything with it on, haha (even cuts out reaally loud stuff, and background noise).
