Forgetting

I find that I forget everything...I forget to drink..to eat..to use the restroom..to put my contacts in...literally everything. Out of sight out of mind...I forget I have family. My brain just goes in ignore mode.

I do this daily, Try and take small steps and don’t rush or stress or else you’ll not get anywhere

Yes! I can do large and importent tasks. I have a good job. But I'm really struggeling with the basics...

This happens to me all the time I’m just in my own little world. I’m also 32 weeks pregnant so don’t think that helps

coping mechanism-- think of it as your brain filtering all it *can* process instead of taking on more and malfunctioning
