Does anyone else find that from Thanksgiving until the first of January they're overwhelmed by all the Holiday planning, etc. I have social anxiety disorder which has been worse during the last few years. Between having to socialize & organize for the next month and a half I am overwhelmed 😕

I’ve been cleaning all week yet nothing is clean
Yes! People feeling entitled to my time (family mostly) is the worst part for me…. You either have little to no time for yourself to recharge or deal with the extra anxiety of upsetting someone when you say you’re not coming. A lot of my friends have started setting boundaries with their loved ones around this time. Ie. doing Thanksgiving or Christmas, not both, Not traveling for NYE….. I haven’t worked up the courage but they said their family ultimately understood and the peace they got from setting the boundary way exceeds the small bit of disappointment they felt.
