Where is my mind? I don’t even know jumping from one thing to the next but not having the energy to act upon those thoughts but then realizing you control your actions and can act upon those thoughts but should you. I’ll just stay in bed. ADHD life. Bipolar life.

So relate 😩failure is an option though just say okay and don’t dwell beat urself feel guilty for not enjoy the moment because tomorrow when the alarm goes off you will be ready . Celebrate 👍- bipolar - addhd- ocd- ptsd-anxiety- and whatever else they have labelled me over the years . Bought up children thought yah party for us now 50! Bringing up grandkid and a husband .😍🥹
