Like I have so much things to do that I can’t actually do? (Shower, brush my teeth, cook food, cleaning etc.) yet I downloaded the app now I’m just staring at it? Like how do I even start making plans or let’s say I did the plans how I act on the plans?

I recommend you join a team: seeing others achieve their goals helps me get unstuck. Maybe it will spur you on too!

You could start really easy, with one or two tasks only : I think what works (at least for me) is when I’m able to check the box for a task and I hear the little jingle that goes with it, and my little strawberry-confettis just pop on my screen 😊 I love it ! Then it will (I hope) reinforce your will to go check the app regularly and have a little celebration again !
Another option for starters : you note (and check) things you already do, like getting out of bed, or doing something you love and always do ; that way, you’ll have something to check, and the virtuous cycle takes shape !

Take your time and read the stories first. All of them, ideally. That's how I started. It took me a very long time to figure out how the APP could really help me and in what ways. For example, with implementing my own goals. The goals emerge from the stories. I can also recommend reading many posts first; many questions were answered for me, or they motivated me, parallel to the stories, to formulate my first tasks. For example, a morning routine. This app is here to be your personal assistant; you can keep your tasks private, and no one checks whether you complete them. You are your own boss. The community only gives you positive help, tips, and you no longer feel alone with your chaotic thoughts.
The tasks and goals come all by themselves, just like the motivation to continue and get better.
