Why a Mini “Doctor’s Bag” is one of the best things I've done for me

This is a photo of my travel version. I have a larger, also clear zippered bag (it's the one that came with my Nomad Lane Bento bag) that also has a folding knife, camping utensils, Arnica Gel, a roll-on lidocaine-containing pain relief product, a travel deodorant, travel detergent sheets, a “repair balm”, and a small container of moisturizer. I have also stuck a label on the back that lists every type of product inside it. I do this for all my bags b/c (1) I forget and (2) I can just look at the label. The “Cures” container has some ADHD meds and 2-3 days of other prescription meds and supplements. So much anxiety and stress has been alleviated by this cute l’il thing. 🥰🎉🕊️
