What's the best planner for ADHD?

What planner you guys use usually? A bullet journal? A classic planner? An app?

I like Google Calendar with multiple reminders that I can customize. And you can categorize individual calendars to reduce clutter and automatically have notifications set if they’re in a certain category (: Other than that I use Apple’s reminders by using Siri because it can be location based and I can delay to certain times of day or the next day

I use Numo for everything I have to remember, so routines and everything during „normal day life“. For appointments, week planning and work notes I have an oldschool calendar with a double page per week, left are days and right side is for noting priorities and other stuff a bit Bullet Journal style. For groceries etc. my bf and me share a simple list on our iPhones. That works for me.

I am just testing Numo now for task management, but for routines/habits I really liked Finch and have been able to stick with it for quite a long time. For work tasks I use Blitzit so I can write down estimates. Also, Structured is very good, but their Android app is not great, so it’s only worth it If you have an iPhone

I'm kinda of a planner freak, maybe it's been my hiperfocus 😅 but I actually used many types and strategies over the years trying to get better organized (until I found out the problem wasn't the lack of a perfect planner, just the excess of adhd 😅😅). Now I use Numo for routines (not sure why, but it works), google calendar for work appointments because I have to and I have a paper planner, bacause over the years I found out I need paper to remember stuff. Bullet journal always worked best. The great thing about it is that I can use it any way I want, so in daily/busy weeks I just used the most simple, minimalistic style and it's really works. When Inspired or when I had more time I would do some elaborated designs. The great thing about bujo is that u can do it anyway u like and it will work. For starters I think the best way to go is simple.

I actually just use Numo as my go to. But also use my calendar app on my phone for appointments with reminder alerts.

I like Zinnia (digital) - it has lots of templates, but you can also customize and make it your own. And once you have something that works for you it is easy to duplicate. But really - I only do digital options anymore because 1 - my phone is always with me so I am never without the planner, and 2 - alerts and reminders.

Oooh yeah I know zinna I used It years ago...but I wasn't able to stick to it for...more than just some days. But now that I think about it is because I used it on my iPad (I don't have the iPad with me always....and magically anything I have on it I use it less...now I finally got it) also tried to printed the pages 😂. And I wasn't use a lot of notifications. I redownloaded recently a week ago actually, I will try to use it on my phone instead and connected to Google calendar as much as it can. In alternative I use a bullet journal but coping a little the zinna template for inspiration. I'm trying because I usually write and then don't look at it anymore or don't do what I actually planned 😂 Especially if is time blocking omg.

For Work, School, Daily Journalling: Bullet journal. I recommend that you keep it simple and minimalistic. Otherwise you may get tired or it might get too time consuming. Simple is better. It’s your choice to use colors & other features. I like to use just one color & use my own abbreviations & symbols to write tasks, thoughts, reminders, etc. For work: I use Microsoft Outlook Tasks (I like the old version better). It allows me to keep details notes on ongoing tasks & projects, set reminders, color code tasks, & categorize & sort my tasks based on my preferences. I LOVE Outlook Tasks!

I never ever tried to use a bullet journal, mostly because I have no idea how to structure it. But yeah simpler the better absolutely, except for some little color or tiny drawing
